Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Goaipulse website and the Salik recharge online and UAE mobile top-up services we offer through it. By making a top-up or contacting us, you agree to what follows. The terms are written in plain English to make them easier to read; they are legally binding nevertheless.
1. About the service
Goaipulse is operated from The Binary Tower, Office 901, Dubai Internet City, Dubai. We offer prepaid balance top-ups for the Salik tag system as well as the Etisalat, du and Virgin Mobile networks. We are an independent intermediary and are not affiliated with RTA Salik or the named carriers.
2. Using the website
You may use Goaipulse only for lawful purposes. The following are not permitted:
- Submitting a Salik tag number or UAE mobile number you have no authority to top up.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments.
- Attempting to bypass technical controls or rate-limits of the website.
- Scraping, mirroring or reverse-engineering any part of the service.
- Using Goaipulse to launder money or to fund activities prohibited under UAE law.
3. Top-up transactions
Each Salik recharge, mobile top-up UAE or Dubai toll top-up you submit is a separate contract between you and Goaipulse. We will:
- Charge your selected payment method for the amount you confirm at checkout.
- Forward the equivalent balance to the Salik tag, Etisalat, du or Virgin Mobile number you provided.
- Email you a receipt covering both legs of the transaction.
If the carrier or Salik gateway rejects the top-up we will automatically reverse the charge to your card. Reversals usually clear within three business days, depending on your bank.
4. Pricing and fees
The final price you confirm at checkout includes any service fee and applicable VAT. There are no hidden surcharges. Foreign-card holders may incur a foreign-exchange fee charged by their own bank — this is outside our control and is not part of the price displayed on the website.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Because top-ups are delivered to third-party carriers, successful transactions cannot generally be reversed once the balance has been applied. We will refund:
- Charges made by Goaipulse where the underlying top-up failed and the balance was never delivered.
- Duplicate charges caused by a confirmed technical fault on our side.
- Charges proven to be unauthorised, subject to our fraud-investigation procedure.
If you believe you have grounds for a refund, contact us at info@goaipulse.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly and faster.
6. Availability and downtime
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Routine maintenance is scheduled outside Dubai peak hours. Carrier-side outages, RTA gateway issues or force-majeure events may occasionally delay top-ups; we will keep you informed and reverse failed charges promptly.
7. Intellectual property
The Goaipulse name, logo, copy, code and design are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission. Third-party brand names (Salik, Etisalat, du, Virgin Mobile, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Goaipulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any one transaction is limited to the amount paid for that transaction.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our support team will be referred to the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of the page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of Goaipulse after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
